It's mid-June and the 40 & 1 baseball season is winding down. We have a few games left and then it's on to Playoffs, the World Series Games and the End-of-the-Season Picnic and Awards Ceremony (July 12th--save the date!).
It's been exciting to walk around the fields and observe our players learning new skills, making exciting plays, winning or losing games -- all while having smiles on their faces. They definately are having fun and that's what it's all about up at the 40 & 1 fields.
Now that we've become "seasoned" parents, coaches, managers, score-keepers, players, etc., the 40 & 1 board would like to share some information about our league, how it's run and what it takes to enable our players to have positive experiences at the fields.
